PAY for a browser?

Is there any browser you have to pay for nowadays?
I wish I could go one browser or the other. I have to use IE for sites that have ActiveX controlls. There is a bunch of WYSIWYG HTML editing functionality built into IE6, but was crippled in IE7 (for security purposes).
There are other better WYSIWYG editors, like FCK Edit (which actually creates much cleaner code), but I have to update all my CMS applications to use it, and I’m not keen on re-developing stuff. If I could get all my applications using FCK Edit then I would probably use Firefox all the time. Right now I’m still 50/50.
