Network+ Exam

I have been studying for the Network+ lately since it should be pretty easy for me now and my work will pay for it. I have been doing braindumps and taking practice tests from books and online. For the most part I do very well and only miss things that are old for todays standards. Has the test been updated at all or is it still pretty outdated?

For example I missed a question that asked how often virus signatures should be updated and the correct answer was every month which is very wrong for today. I also miss other questions that may have been correct a few years ago but now would be considered wrong. Should I just remember the correct answers even though they would be wrong today or has the test been updated?
