RCA Lyra

I also have an RCA Lyra. Lyras have to use MusicMatch Jukebox to load MP3s onto. You install MusicMatch Jukebox, and then go thru some menu options to download a profile for your portable player.
To use it as a portable flash drive, just plug into a free USB port, and a drive letter will appear in Explorer (if you have 2000 or XP). You can drag regular files there or .WMA files, but MP3 files copied in this manner will be unplayabe. You MUST convert MP3s thru MusicMatch Jukebox for them to be playable on an RCA Lyra.
The Lyra is an MP3 “roach motel”. MP3s check in, but they don’t check out. Freakin’ RIAA and their politics!
